Where are you located?

We are an Australian owned - family operated business. We used to have a physical store, but due to current difficulties that face a lot of small businesses, now operate an online store operating out of Warwick, Queensland, Australia.

 

Do you send items internationally?

Yes – We can send most items to most countries – and MOST of the time, it is the same cost as to Australia – if we are able to get sent directly from our manufacturers.

How do I purchase an item?

Purchasing items in our online store is nearly identical to purchasing items in your local grocery store! Firstly – you can shop for products, and add any items that you wish to purchase into your trolley (or cart in this instance)

When you have finished shopping – you go to your cart, and then go to the checkout

At the checkout, you will need to enter your details, so that we know where to send your items or get in touch with you if we need to – and then pay for your items using credit card, paypal or afterpay.

We then get the items shipped to you as quickly as possible.

 

What payment options do you have?

Payments can be made using Paypal, AfterPay and credit card

 

Do I need to get the canvas prints framed?

No - All of our canvas prints are stretched canvas on timber frame – ready to hang on your wall

 

How do I hang the print on my wall?

Each of the prints have a wall hanger on the top on the back. Due to the light weight of the pine frames, you will only need to place a small nail or screw in your wall to hang the print

 

Can I get prints made from my own photos?

Custom made prints can be made from your own photos.

You just need to send a digital copy to us to make sure that it will be suitable, and that the quality will be good for you

  • Not pixilated and blurry
  • Won’t have important parts like heads etc cut off
  • Correct shape to get printed (Landscape rectangular)

Generally file sizes should be at between 500kb - 1mb to be clear enough for larger sized prints (depending on the type of file it is ie jpeg, bmp etc).

Delivery is generally 3-4 weeks from payment. They can be ordered in 3 different sizes (Depending on how clear the original picture is) We will let you know if we think they will be suitable for larger sizes.

Can I  request prints or other items that you do not have in your range?

We are always expanding our range of prints. If you have certain prints that you would like - let us know, and we will see if we can get them for you.

 

What if the item gets damaged in the mail?

All of our deliveries are trackable and insured. If an item is delivered damaged, email us straight away with photos of the damaged item, and the packaging, and we will make a claim through the courier, and give you the choice of a full refund, or a replacement product.

 

How long will it take to receive my items?

Most items take between 1-4 weeks to receive.

Most items are sent from Warwick in QLD - however if an item is out of stock - we usually get it sent directly to you from our suppliers to save on shipping times. These can be from Australia or overseas.

Most items have an estimated shipping time in the item description.

 

What are the shipping cost for the item?

We are changing over the store to try to have shipping costs included in the item price where possible. That way, the price you see is the price you pay. Most items have the free shipping indicated in the item description.

Items that have to have shipping added, are calculated at checkout
